Your appointment will be approximately an hour and a half. Please keep in mind that some cases may take longer . Most cases are completed in 1 to 2 visits with very little discomfort. Please understand that you must see your general dentist for any necessary restorative procedures.

We understand that your time is very valuable and our goal is to see you as soon as possible. Please let us know the best phone numbers to reach you in the event we are running a few minutes ahead or behind so that we may be able to accommodate your schedule.

Please inform our office when making your appointment of any health issues including the need for Pre-Medication. If you are pregnant, use blood thinners, bisphosphonates or if you have artificial hips, knees or other joints, please inform us of these medical conditions.

Minors should be accompanied by parent or guardian to all appointments.

Insurance

Dr. Goldstein is not contracted with any dental insurance companies. However if you have a PPO dental plan that provides out -of-network coverage, your plan may be accepted at Marietta Endodontics. In most cases, PPO plans offer the same coverage for root canals in our out of network. Our office staff will be happy to assist you with questions you may have regarding your coverage at your office.

Payment

If your root canal is covered by dental insurance, your estimated co-payment is due at the time of service. If there is an unpaid balance once your insurance payment has been received, a statement will be sent to you. Payment is due upon receipt of the treatment.

If you do not have dental coverage, payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience  Marietta Endodontics accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You may also pay by debit card or personal check with a valid GA drivers license.
